Action Against Hunger's "Celebrity Kick-Off"
Join celebrity chefs and independent fashion designers who've custom-designed chef jackets, which will be auctioned off as models take to the catwalk.

What: This is the "kick-off" event to launch Action Against Hunger's national "Restaurants Against Hunger campaign" for 2007.
When: 7 p.m., Thursday, April 12
Where: The Altman Building - 135 West 18th Street, NYC
Why: Amazing food, drink, desserts, DJs and models ... all for a worthy cause.

I first learned about this organization on a train from DC to NYC where I met an Action for Hunger activist. It's a great organization, so I hope you NYCers can make it out!
